HOUSTON – Police investigated a report of shots fired along the North Loop after a woman’s car was struck several times. Officers with the Houston Police Department said it was around 1 a.m. the woman was driving westbound on the North Loop frontage road at T.C. Jester when she was shot at multiple times.
