HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – Deputies said early Friday a worker painting stripes in a northeast Harris County parking lot was shot after he sprayed a robbery suspect with paint. Deputies said two suspects fled the scene in a mini-van but were later spotted by a Precinct 3 Constable Deputy.
