HOUSTON –- Police opened fire on a suspect after the man allegedly wouldn’t follow commands to get out of his car, officers said. According to the Houston Police Department, it happened outside the Palace Inn on the Eastex Freeway near Bender around 12:40 a.m. Wednesday.
