HOUSTON –- A north Houston homeowner opened fire on a suspect caught creeping around in his backyard, police said late Monday. Officers with the Houston Police Department said it was around 10 p.m. when the suspect was caught on the homeowner’s property on E. Janisch Road at Arrowpoint Drive.
