HOUSTON – A man who was injured after he fell out of the back of a pickup truck on the Gulf Freeway was trying to hold down furniture in the truck’s bed, police said. It happened in the northbound lanes of the freeway near Scarsdale around 10:15 p.m. Wednesday, according to the Houston Police Department.
