HOUSTON – High School football officially kicks off Thursday night, and one team hopes to get off to a good start with their new head coach.
One of the bigger games of the week featured Madison High School and Pearland High School, who were set to face off Thursday evening.
The Madison Marlins hope to get off to a quick start with first-year head coach Pat Reinecke, who replaced longtime coach Ray Seals in the offseason.
KHOU 11 News was at Madison High School on Thursday and saw firsthand how geared up the Marlins were for the season opener.
