HOUSTON -- Police said they were still looking for leads after the victim of a shooting was found lying in a Fifth Ward roadway overnight. According to the Houston Police Department, nearby residents and witnesses were not cooperating in the investigation. The victim was sent to the hospital where police hoped to get more information on the incident.
