HOUSTON -- The first suspect to be charged in the shooting death of an Atascocita man appeared in court on Monday.
Giovanni Mora, 18, was charged with capital murder in the shooting death of Donnie Frye, 41, whose body was found by his wife in the 19900 block of Pine Wind on April 12.
