Raw: Houston Zoo animals prepared for biting cold

Workers at the Houston Zoo are working overtime to keep their animals safe and warm as the temperature plunges.

Zoo keepers put up heat lamps and special plastic tarps to protect the animals. Some are also being moved into heated barns.
