HOUSTON – Houston police were looking for a speeding pickup truck driver who allegedly caused an HPD officer to run off the side of the road and crash in northeast Houston late Tuesday. Police said an HPD officer was driving westbound on Parker at Cheeves around 11 p.m. when he saw headlights approaching quickly from behind.
