HOUSTON –- A suspected drunken driver who led police on a lengthy chase later told officers he thought his friends were driving, according to the Houston Police Department. HPD said the suspect was first spotted driving on the Southwest Freeway with flat tires around 1:30 a.m. Wednesday.
