HOUSTON – Police early Wednesday were trying to figure out why a driver refused to pull over for officers in north Houston, resulting in a lengthy chase. According to the Houston Police Department, it was around 1:30 a.m. when a patrolling officer said the driver of a Lincoln Town Car made a suspicious u-turn on Jensen Drive.
