HOUSTON -- A wreck involving two big trucks blocked the westbound lanes of the Katy Freeway just west of downtown, Houston TranStar reported early Monday. The crash happened near Houston Avenue just after 5 a.m. TranStar reported one of the trucks spilled part of its load, including a small work tractor, onto the roadway.
