HOUSTON - The Houston SPCA's Pet of the Week is Rommel, a 8-month-old rottweiler/shepherd mix, who is looking for a good home.
Rommel is 80 pounds and is larger dog who likes to play outdoors, but doesn't mind lazying around on the couch.
