HOUSTON—One of Houston’s oldest parks is getting a makeover. Officials broke ground on a $4 million improvement project to spruce up Moody Park in north Houston.
Crews will add an outdoor courtyard, expand the community center and renovate the gym, restrooms and classrooms.
