Police in New York are trying to track down a shoplifter. Surveillance video shows the man walking into a pet store, prying open a dog cage and shoving a nine-week-old Pomeranian into his pants.
The owner of the pet store says the thief has probably already sold the puppy, which was worth over a thousand dollars.
