HOUSTON – Enjoy this last day of temperatures on the cool side because things will warm up a bit over the next couple days, said KHOU 11 News Meteorologist David Paul.

Monday kicked off with lows in the 50s and afternoon highs were expected to top off around 73 degrees.  There will be a warming trend kicking in after that.

On Tuesday, the forecast high jumps to 85 degrees. By the end of the week, temperatures will be in the upper-80s.

There’s no significant chance for rain in the seven-day forecast.
