HOUSTON -- It will be a lovely, comfortable evening, said KHOU 11 News Chief Meteorologist David Paul. Temps will drop from the upper 60’s to about 62 degrees by 7 p.m. By 10 p.m., temps will be in the upper 50’s before dropping a few more degrees overnight.
Areas in our northern counties will have overnight lows in the mid-to-upper 40’s. Our central and southern counties will have overnight lows in the low 50’s.
You’ll have a cool morning commute on Thursday with temps in the low 50’s. We’ll have a warm up in the afternoon to the low 70’s, a mix of clouds and sun, and a southeast breeze of 10 mph.
Our unusually cool weather goes for Easter weekend. High temps will be in the mid-70’s on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. A few light showers are also possible on those days. The slight rain chances should not wash out any weekend plans.
The unusually cold weather returns next week. On Tuesday and Wednesday, highs will be in the upper 50’s and lows will be in the 40’s.
