HOUSTON -- Hold on to your hat! Monday will be warm and windy, said KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Chita Johnson.
This afternoon we’ll top out near 80 degrees under sunny skies and winds around 20 miles per hour. A wind advisory is in effect until 6 p.m.
Tuesday will also be windy, but temps will be closer to 70 degrees.
Wednesday a nice cool down drops temps back into the low 60s. Things are slightly warmer but still in the 60s on Thursday and Friday.
“We’re going to stay mostly dry through about Friday,” said Johnson. “This weekend we have a slim chance for rain, possibly severe on Sunday.”
Our temps will be in the low-70s this weekend.
