HOUSTON – The spring-like weather will continue Friday afternoon and into the weekend, KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Chita Johnson said.
“We had 50s and 60s out the door early this morning,” said Johnson. “By this afternoon we’ll have mid- to upper-70s in place.”
Friday started off with some light, patchy fog, which eventually gave way to clear, sunny skies.
Expect the above average temperature to peak in the mid-70s Friday afternoon.
On Tuesday and Wednesday, our seven-day forecast shows a 40-percent chance for rain as temperatures drop back into the mid-60s for at least a few days.
Have a great Friday and a safe weekend.
