HOUSTON – It'll be muggy and hot the rest of this week with a rain chance returning on Friday, according to KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Brooks Garner.
We’ll top out around 91 degrees Wednesday afternoon under mostly sunny skies.
"It's beautiful outside, but it's toasty," said garner.
Thursday will be the same but slightly warmer in the morning and afternoon.
By Friday a 40-percent chance for rain returns, but it won’t bring us much relief from the heat.
The rain chance drops on Saturday and goes away entirely by Sunday.
We’ll have a nice mix of sun and clouds through the weekend and heading into next week.
