HOUSTON – It will be cool and clear Friday morning, but as the temperatures warm up, our rain chances increase, KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Chita Johnson said.
“We are going to see the chance for showers later this afternoon. It’s going to develop throughout the day,” Johnson said. “We are going to see some clouds building, especially by our afternoon hours, and the chance for showers will arrive later today and especially overnight into tomorrow morning.”
Friday kicked off with lows in the upper-50s and highs are expected to top off mid-70s.
Rain chances increase from 20 percent on Friday to 40 percent on Saturday, but Sunday is looking clear and dry again.
Next week, our daytime temperatures will range from the mid-to upper-70s under mostly sunny skies.
