HOUSTON—Police arrested two suspects at a northwest Houston Target Tuesday afternoon after receiving a call about a theft in progress.
The incident occurred around 1 p.m. at 13250 Northwest Freeway.
Investigators say one of the suspects was armed with a knife.
Both suspects were taken into custody without incident.
Three children were in the parking lot that may have been related to the suspects.
