HOUSTON – Two suspects were arrested, but one remains on the run, after breaking into a north Houston athletic store early Wednesday, according to Houston police.

Police said three suspects dug a hole into the roof of a Foot Action at Greespoint Mall around 5 a.m.

They were after the new Nike LeBron James shoe, which retails for $375.

A silent alarm tipped police off and they were able to arrive within minutes. The thieves had boxes of the shoes piled on top of the building when police arrived.

One adult and one juvenile were arrested after a brief chase, but one got away.

The shoes go on sale Saturday.
