HOUSTON—Some crooks will go to great lengths to steal and to try and get rid of evidence of them doing so!
Surveillance video captured one woman in San Antonio hanging from a roof of a Good Samaritan Center trying to steal the camera that was recording her.
The person who runs the center fears the woman might come back and try to steal more.
