Deputies: Robbery suspect shoots painter after getting sprayed

According to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, the shooting happened around 2:30 a.m. on E. Sam Houston Parkway at Wallisville. The two suspects then gave chase before wrecking, deputies said. One of them was later caught.
