The Tarrant County medical examiner ruled Shannon Stone's cause of death as "multiple blunt force trauma of the head, abdomen and wrist due to a fall from height."

Stone died after he fell 20 feet while trying to catch a ball tossed to him by outfielder Josh Hamilton at Thursday night's game.

Reports say Stone went into cardiac arrest on the way to the hospital. Medical reporter Janet St. talks with Dr. Emily Hebert who explains his injuries.
