Crowd reacts to Conrad Murray guilty verdict

Most of the crowd of 500 or so gathered outside the LA County Court House were Michael Jackson supporters, so when it was announced that Dr. Conrad Murray had been found guilty in his death - pandemonium ensued.

Jackson supporters were holding signs reading "Guilty" among other messages. They were jubilant - while even in the court room, a shriek could be heard as the verdict was announced.

Dr. Conrad Murray was convicted of involuntary manslaughter, for obtaining the anaesthetic propofol and administering it to Michael Jackson in his bedroom. It was propofol that killed the pop star on June 25th, 2009.

Murray now faces up to 4 years in prison and the loss of his medical license. He's likely to be sentenced some time in the next two weeks.
