HOUSTON -- A man in The Woodlands found a special way to honor some fallen firefighters.

Cory Scott, owner of a body shop, used his painting skills to make some special axes. He wanted to remember four Houston firefighters killed last month in the massive fire at the Southwest Inn.

Scott took them to the stations where the fallen firefighters worked. He also gave an axe to Cpt. William Dowling, who was hurt in the motel fire and is still in the hospital.
