HOUSTON – Nine children were transported to a hospital Wednesday after an Aldine Independent School District bus was involved in a wreck with a pickup truck in north Houston.
The wreck happened just after 4 p.m. at the intersection of FM 1960 and W. Hardy. The pickup truck was headed northbound on W. Hardy when the driver struck the driver’s side of the school bus heading westbound on FM 1960.
Investigators said the pickup driver ran a red light before it collided with the bus.
