HOUSTON - The streets of downtown Houston have been turned into art canvases.
It's all part of the annual Via Colori Street Painting Festival going on this weekend outside City Hall.
The free event includes live music plus food and other fun activities. Proceeds will benefit the Center for Hearing and Speech.
