Anti-gravity treadmill helps injured people get back on their feet

SOUTH CAROLINA -- A center in South Carolina is using an anti-gravity treadmill to help people recover after an injury.

The "Alter G" encases a patient's lower body in a balloon chamber to reduce weight.

Patients can then exercise without putting pressure on their injuries.
