HOUSTON – Rice student manager Adam Gierlach loves college basketball, so much so, he has taken what he knows about his favorite sport to the classroom.
When he is not on the court with the Owls, he is in front of students, teaching a "Bracketology" class which breaks down the NCAA Tournament through a statistics perspective.
11 Sports Reporter Daniel Gotera caught up with Gierlach and learns a little more about the science of "The Big Dance".
