HOUSTON –  Police arrested one man Thursday in a massive stolen plastics bust in north Houston, Houston police said.

According to police, a group stole millions of dollars worth of plastic pallets from Kroger, Randall’s, and HEB.

They believe the men would shred them at a warehouse on Link Road then sell the material to China, which uses the plastic to make toys like Barbie dolls.
