HOUSTON -- Police said two men got into an argument during a security pat-down outside a southwest Houston strip club. The fight then led to a shooting.
The incident happened early Friday morning outside Dreams on Crossview Drive at Clarkcrest Street, according to Houston police.
Officers with the Houston Police Department said someone pulled out a gun and opened fire. Police said the club was closed at the time, and the two men involved in the dispute knew each other.
One of the men, who is in his 60s, was shot twice – once in the abdomen and once in the arm. He was sent to the hospital in unknown condition. The other man was taken into custody by HPD.
At least two bullets went through the club's front door, but no other injuries were reported.
Police said the incident may have been captured by surveillance cameras outside the club.
