Jury hears testimony in Borris Miles trial

HOUSTON – Prosecutors have began laying out their case against former State Representative Borris Miles. He’s charged with deadly conduct. A jury is hearing the case at the criminal courthouse in Houston.
On Tuesday, witnesses told the jury that Miles pulled a gun at an Astros game and threatened an official from Texas Southern University.
Miles is also accused of pulling a gun at a Christmas party and forcibly kissing another man’s wife.
