Relatives struggle with loss of 7 family members after freak accident

DALLAS — It's a tragedy that's hard to comprehend; even harder after you see the seven coffins lined up in a Dallas church.
On Monday, family and friends gathered to pray for the Waxahachie family killed after driving off a bridge in Mexico.
It had been washed out during a previous flood and there were no warning signs.
Home video of the aftermath shows the area still littered with toys and children's clothing.
"It hurts, it hurts just to think about it," said Noe Rodriguez, a family member.
Back at home, loved ones struggled with the loss, and the sight of seven coffins was overwhelming.
"There are really no words to describe this. You see one child you're hurt; see another, you're hurt; and it goes on and on," Rodriguez said.
The crash took the lives of Carlos Rey Madrid's entire family, including his two young children. His mother-in-law, Margarita, was also killed.
"Every time I went to work she would bless me. She had a big impact on me," said Edward Davila, the victim's brother-in-law.
The lone survivor — 51-year-old Andreana Hernandez — tried to save her family after they flipped into the water, including her own five-year-old grandson, David.
"Trying to tell her daughter that she's sorry. She's so sorry. It's been very hard," said Rodriguez.
Mexican authorities confirm there was no sign warning drivers of the unfinished bridge. The family says that needs to change.
"We don't have hatred. We just don't want this to happen to anyone else's family," said Davila.
