HOUSTON—Houston police are trying to get more information on a shooting that left a southwest Houston teenager dead.

Detectives said the teen was found lying outside an apartment at Ashcroft and Clarewood late Wednesday night.

He was taken to an area hospital where he reportedly died.

So far, detectives say they have no suspect and no motive in the case.
