Thai Pham lost his 27-year-old niece in the accident.  She and many others were on pilgrimage to Missouri when the bus ran off the road.

"I just don't know how to explain my emotions.  Please help her and pray for her," said Pham.

Several hundred people packed the co-cathedral on Sunday to pray for the victims and the families. The overall message was "don't forget."

Survivors like Thanh Hoang, who was injured in the crash, will never forget what happened. He's lucky to be alive, but said the accident has also affected him financially.

"There are a lot of hospital bills from the hospital," said Hoang.

He suffered head injuries and doesn't have medical insurance. Like many other families, he is now facing thousands of dollars in doctor bills.

To date, no criminal charges have been filed in connection with the bus crash.  The civil cases, however, are moving forward.  Three Houston families will make their first court appearances on Tuesday.

Some families also plan to fly to Washington to support a new bus safety bill put forward by Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison.  The bill would require seat belts and safety glass on all charter buses.

“Accidents will happen, but they don't have turn out like this,” said Chi-Chi Le, who lost his mother in the accident.

There are still four victims recovering in Dallas area hospitals.
