Man escapes from Waller County Jail

HOUSTON – A prisoner escaped from Waller County Jail early Saturday morning. Darryl Layne Norris was being held on a murder charge and escaped from his cell through an air vent.
The prisioner escaped through an air vent in his cell.
Norris, 26, is described as a white male with reddish blonde hair and hazel eyes. He’s 6’0 and 160 pounds, and has tattoos on his chest, arm and legs.
