The Fresno boys who were the subject of an Amber Alert were found safe early Monday morning.

Daman Robert Moore, 2, and Preston McKenzie White, 4, had been last seen Saturday around noon.

Late Sunday night, a Houston police officer pulled over a car, and someone inside that car said they'd seen the Amber Alert message on an electronic billboard and had seen the car it described.

The information led the officer to an apartment complex in Houston and found the children and the person investigators said took them, 38-year-old Angela Moore.

FBCSO

Angela Moore, 38

She is now sitting in the Fort Bend County Jail charged with interfering with child custody. That’s a state jail felony. She also faces three outstanding class C misdemeanor warrants.

The boys are now in CPS custody.

The children's families were very concerned about the children's safety, because they said she has a history of drug use.
