Big rig carrying wine wrecks on North Freeway

HOUSTON -- An 18-wheeler carrying wine jackknifed early Monday morning, tying up traffic on the North Freeway for about two-and-a-half hours.
The truck was headed north when two tires blew out, sending the big rig into the guardrail.
No one was hurt. Investigators are trying to determine what caused the blowouts. They said tickets could be issued if it's determined that neglect was to blame.
