Seniors spark controversy after public sex acts

11:47 AM CST on Wednesday, November 14, 2007

CBS

Three seniors are the talk of the town in Madison, Ohio. They are accused of being too public about their apparent "threesome".

Police initially thought the criminal complaint was about a sexual assault, but learned quickly it was consensual sex between people over 80 years of age.

“Sounds pretty humorous.  This has been going on, it appears, for quite a while,” resident Cathy Lynn said.

The three seniors were not at all shy about when or where they got together and didn’t care much about who might be watching.  Police got one call about a 94-year old woman “inappropriately touching an 83-year-old man.”

The group started getting complaints because they held their “meetings” in the gazebo of a senior living center. The two women live there, but their male companion was a visitor.

Police determined nothing criminal was going on.  But the man has been asked to stay away from the center or face a fine for trespassing.
