Judge rules jurors will hear teen's confession in Spring beating case

Jurors will hear the videotaped confession of a teenager accused of sodomizing and nearly killing another teen in Spring after a judge denied the defense’s request to throw the confession out.
Keith Turner is charged in the vicious attack against a Hispanic boy at a party.
His trial is set to begin Monday.
Last month, David Tuck was found guilty and handed a life sentence for his role in the incident.
Prosecutors have said the attack was racially motivated.
