Teddy bear stolen from washateria

Someone stole one teddy bear from the toy machine in the Global Washateria around 2:55 a.m.

A witness across the street noticed a male walking upto the business, and then he broke the windows and scaled the burglar bars to get inside.
The suspect then ripped open a claw-machine game.
He took one teddy bear and left the scene.
The suspect then ran across the street to the apartment complex where the witness was.
No money or equipment was stolen, and the suspect was never found.
