Amber Alert: 13-year-old last seen with sex offender

Houston police are looking for a 13-year-old girl who may be with a 42-year-old registered sex offender.

An Amber Alert has been issued for the girl who was last seen Wednesday at 1 a.m.
She was wearing tan capri pants and a red shirt with the Southwest High School logo on the front.
She is 5 feet 1 inch and weighs 150 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.
HPD said the man she is with is Larry Wayne Parker.
Parker is wanted on a felony warrent for failure to comply as a sex offender.
Parker was convicted of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl in 1997. He was sentenced to five years deferred adjudication.
Police said he is known to take the Metro bus.
Anyone with information on the girl's location is asked to call HPD at 713-731-5223.
