Imagine having a job where you can name your own bonus after getting your bosses to sign off on it.

Doesn't that sound great? So how much would you give yourself? How about $23,000?

Well, that's exactly what the 11 News Defenders found one public official doing -- an official whose job it is to help the poor, helping himself to thousands of dollars after getting his governing board to approve it.

And that's not all. That same public servant also served up tens of thousands of dollars in bonuses to his colleagues.
