Mayor Bill White will deliver his second annual State of the City
Address before the Greater Houston Partnership on Monday.
He will speak at the Hilton Americas-Houston, in the 1600 block of Lamar
at noon.
Mayor White is expected to address, among other things, topics that
relate to pollution regulation and ways that employers can help diminish
pollution by allowing employees to come to work at different times.
He will also likely speak about the controversial Safe Clear program.
