HOUSTON – The rain is on its way.
The showers are moving in and KHOU 11 Meteorologist Mario Gomez said they'll stick around overnight and carry into much of Super Bowl Sunday.
Sunday's forecast calls for a 60 percent chance of rain, mainly in the afternoon hours, with a high of 69.
The wet weather should clear out in the evening, setting up a partly cloudy start to your work week on Monday.
But our next chance for rain quickly comes back Monday and Tuesday.
