HOUSTON – The isolated afternoon showers should move out just in time for fireworks this evening.

KHOU 11 Meteorologist Mario Gomez is calling for mostly clear skies and temperatures in the mid 80s, but with the humidity lingering around, temps will feel more like the low 90s.

A stray shower or two could briefly return Sunday morning. Gomez is calling for a 10 percent chance for rain, but any rain will quickly move out by the afternoon.

Sunday's forecast is calling for temps to reach the low 90s.

Next week, skies stay clear and summer-like temperatures stick around in the low to mid 90s throughout the week.
