HOUSTON— Tropical moisture coming in overnight will provide for a daily dose of storms for the next few days, according to KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Brooks Garner.

Expect to see a 40 percent chance for rain on Tuesday.

"Most of the rain will probably hold off for the Houston area until around lunchtime," said garner.

Wednesday our rain chance increases to 50-percent and lingers for the rest of the week and into the weekend.

Daytime highs this week will be around the upper-80s – a little cooler on Tuesday and Wednesday with the rain.

Overnight lows will be in the low- to mid-70s.

Expect to see hot and humid weather for the rest of the week.
