HOUSTON - Houston Texans running back Arian Foster returned to practice on Wednesday after missing two days of Training Camp with a minor injury.
Foster participated in most of the drills with the first team and did many of the individual workouts.
"We put him back in there today and he ran some plays," Texans head coach Bill O'Brien said afterwards. "He's a really good football player obviously. This team is really counting on him."
Foster missed the second half of practice on Sunday and then did not participate in team drill on Monday or Tuesday. O'Brien is impressed with how he was able to step right back in where left off.
"He's smart, he's instinctive and obviously very talented," O'Brien said Wednesday after practice. "The Houston Texans need a healthy Arian Foster so it was good to see him out there today."
